MALAI PANEER (INDIAN COTTAGE CHEESE) We would like to introduce our self as the HACCP certified company engaged in manufacturing of fresh Paneer in the U.A.E. We have a fully dedicated plant for manufacturing and packaging of fresh and authentic Paneer in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, UAE, having capacity to manufacture 6MT/Day. We use buffalo based ingredients for the production of paneer so as to achieve perfect sensory and physical characteristics such as sponginess, marble white color and creamy-nutty taste. Chemical Analysis: Fresh paneer as offered by us is a FULL FAT Paneer Cheese having 50% min Fat on Dry Matter (F.D.M) as per the guidelines for full fat paneer. The higher fat percentage results in better taste and perfect sponginess. Our paneer is low in moisture (less than 60%), high in protein-15% min and has higher total solids to impart fresh creamy flavor. Microbial Analysis: Our products are compliant with the U.A.E/Gulf regulation food testing Standards as prescribed by the Food Control Department. RAK Municipality laboratory analysis report is available on weekly basis. Usage: Ideal for frying (paneer pakora), Bar-b-que (paneer tikka) in curries, salads, sandwiches, etc. Advantage: In the UAE, paneer is available in frozen form and are restricted to only small cubes. Paneer, when frozen, looses all its attributes and characteristics and is tasteless. On the contrary, our paneer is very fresh, creamy in taste, perfect color with very good slice ability and is available in block form. Till now, the U.A.E consumers had no choice but to buy the frozen paneer. We are the one and only company in entire G.C.C who are offering fresh, perfectly textured paneer to the U.A.E markets in smart portioned, freshness locked packaging.
