Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 9-12 months.  

 Hand-selected from our most balanced mature cheddar, this cheese is smoked using oak chips from trees grown on the Quicke's estate for a sensuously smoky, buttery flavour

 

Keep refrigerated <8 dregree Celsius unopened. Storage temperature <5 degree celsius opened  cheese at its best, eat within 7 days of opening and by the best before date shown. Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing in an air-tight container in the fridge.
