Preparation

Oven: 200°C (Pre-heated) Apx. 15-20 mins  or until golden.

After Apx. 10mins turn wedges, for the best result, distribute the wedges in a single layer on a baking tray with baking paper.

 

Deep-Frying pan: 175°C Apx 4:30 mins or until golden. After apx 30 secs shake the basket with wedges above the deep-frying pan. After deep-frying drain the wedges onto kitchen paper.

Frozen items should be stored at a temperature of minus 18°C or colder.

Potato (86%), Coating (8%) [Wheat flour, salt, Modified starch, starch, spices(black pepper, chili pepper, cayenne pepper),Garlic powder, Onion powder, Raising agents(E450,E500)Yeast extract, spice extracts(black pepper),Dextrose],Sunflower oil(6%).
