Handmade dough filled with a mix of seasoned lamb mince. One of the Middle East’s most beloved snacks. Prepare to meet your new favourite food.

Keep frozen at -18 degrees celsius or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

DOUGH: Flour, Water, Sunflower Oil, Milk Powder [Cow’s Milk Powder and Soya Beans], Butter, Sugar, Salt and Egg).

FILLING: Onion, Beef, Lamb, Corn Oil, Salt, White Pepper, Cinnamon, Spices [Cloves, Ginger, Coriander, Cumin and Oregano], Bay Leaf and Black Pepper.

Contains Gluten (Wheat), Soya Beans, Egg and Milk

Deep Frying: Fry from frozen in pre-heated vegetable oil at high heat (180°C) for 3 to 4 minutes until golden in colour.

Baking: Heat the oven from top and bottom at 220°C and place the frozen cheese rolls in a tray in the middle of the oven for 6 to 7 minutes for a golden colour, spray some vegetable oil or butter before baking.
