Easter is a celebration of togetherness, faith and love. To grace this occasion, our in-house chef has prepared an easy-to-cook recipe to enable you to serve the most delicious, tender and healthy lamb to your loved ones. Marinated with all-natural spices, this lamb leg is ready-to-cook in the oven and therefore a stress-free experience.

We believe in good food that is produced and sourced responsibly. This lamb is 100% grass-fed, free from added hormones and antibiotics. Also perfectly removed of unwanted chumps so that you can enjoy the best portion of the leg.

Cooking Instructions:

1.       Preheat oven to 220°C.

2.       Place the lamb leg into the roasting pan.

3.       Cut slits into the meat if desired.

4.       Cover the pan tightly with foil. 

5.       Reduce the heat to 180°C and roast for 60 minutes, then remove foil and roast for a   final 30 minutes, for those who like product to be well done roast for another 15 minutes.

 

Use within 48 hrs of delivery for the best results. Store in right temperature and use before expiry date or immediately after opening. Temperature and storage details are available on the pack. In case of complaint please contact to Customer Care within 24 hrs.
