This smooth sauce is made from a traditional recipe in which two main ingredient Champignon
mushroom and black summer truffle are blended into a rich sauce with strong truffle
flavour. Ideal for pasta, risotto, canapés or sandwiches. Diluted with milk, cream, butter
or pan juices turns into delicious sauce for meat or fish.
